Thank you for holding space for me, for seeing me when I couldn’t see myself, and for introducing me to so many tools that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. You’ve taught me the importance of putting myself first, of filling up my own cup before pouring into others and how self-sacrifice doesn’t need to be celebrated. Only when we care for ourselves can we truly give from a place of love and authenticity.

Most importantly, you helped me find me again. You’ve guided me to embody the divine feminine within, embracing my strength, intuition, and love with grace.

I have found my sessions with Ushi, liberating and renewing. I wanted to work on health and have a better work life balance. Even though I am a Psychotherapist, who has had years of western therapy, I found dharma therapy aligned to my beliefs and way of thinking in a way that helped me understand my absolute core beliefs and drivers. I learnt to put myself and my wellbeing in my diary.

I was stuck in a challenging relationship I didn't have the strength to leave. When I discovered Ush's coaching, I decided to schedule an initial call, and it turned out to be a truly transformative conversation that sparked my journey of self-discovery.

Working with Ush was amazing. She helped me gain clarity about where I was in my life and how I could begin working on myself. Over the next 9 months, we focused on my triggers, embracing my feminine energy, and healing from past traumas. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to reconnect with myself, build strength, and boost my self-confidence, becoming the best version of myself.
